The staff was very friendly and polite at check-in. When we thought our AC was not working, maintenance came up to check it within minutes of us calling the front desk. Turns out, we were trying to use the thermostat on the wall instead of the control directly on the AC unit, so we did not need maintenance after all! Housekeeping staff was very efficient as well. Nice, clean, safe facility that is close to a lot of attractions in Concord. A contemporary seating area for people to sit & hang out just past the lobby was helpful for us and family that we were meeting there. Would definitely stay here again.

Space and comfort of the room was great! Cleanliness of room and facility caught my attention. The nighttime and daytime staff were Amazing!!! They took care of a billing issue without difficulty...before even knowing I was a Marriott Bonvoy rewards member. I definitely appreciated the staff here! Location of hotel is perfect as it's near Concord Mills shopping and restaurants everywhere. Plenty of lighting in room too.

I liked the set up of the rooms and the lobby. It was decorated very nice and felt very inviting. It’s also in a wonderful location your able to get to concord mills mall pretty fast and the hotel wasn’t located around a bunch of traffic or noise.
