I liked the set up of the rooms and the lobby. It was decorated very nice and felt very inviting. It’s also in a wonderful location your able to get to concord mills mall pretty fast and the hotel wasn’t located around a bunch of traffic or noise.

The hotel was very clean. You could smell the bleach throughout the hotel. The check in/out process was quick and everything is close to the hotel. The blackout curtains were the best!

The check in was perfect. We had to reserve last minute. We made 1 phone call and the front desk attendant told us the had availability. It was like 9am. She checked us in quickly and explained everything.

The bistro in the lobby was excellent with excellent staff. Super friendly and the food was prepared quickly and was really good

We loved this hotel! We stayed here on our way back from our honeymoon and it was perfect! Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was wonderful and so so so nice! i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Charlotte/Concord!
